Sunday 17th July we had 4 age groups make the finals in the National League division 2 events. Our u8, u9s, u10s and u18s came through the round robin boxes and playoff games to get to the Final at Hale. Our u8s beat Poynton, u9s beat Alderley Edge, u10s beat Congleton and the u18s beat
Our PA system and a microphone have gone missing…. Whoever has borrowed it, could you please return it as soon as possible, as it’s needed for upcoming events. In the future, if anyone would like to borrow any club equipment, please make sure you sign for it. Many thanks Rob Crawford Vice chair
Sorry for the belated report. On Saturday 9th July we held the club finals. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was a great showing from u8s to adult ages. There were some brilliant performances all round in singles and doubles events. The day was well supported, with a bbq, strawberries & cream
Over the last few weeks, with the erratic weather, some of the courts have been littered with debris from the overhanging trees. Please inspect the courts before you play and make sure any stones, twigs and leaves etc. are removed, to avoid damaging the playing surface (or yourselves) – brushes are available on court! Thank
Sign-up sheets are in the Clubhouse! To take part you must be:- 45 or over Able to make finals day on Sunday 4th September You can enter a maximum of two out of three events. You must choose your own doubles or mixed partner. Any queries, contact Craig Longman on 07739 714764
