Sorry for the belated report. On Saturday 9th July we held the club finals. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was a great showing from u8s to adult ages. There were some brilliant performances all round in singles and doubles events. The day was well supported, with a bbq, strawberries & cream and cocktails.
This was another day the club should be proud of all finalists and everyone who made the day special. Thanks go to Di, Sue, Frank and everyone who helped provide refreshments, to Callum setting up the adults’ events, everyone who participated.
One of the best days of the year for the club. I’m very proud to be coach of Hoylake, especially when seeing great tennis from the future junior stars and the level of adult players.
