It’s that time of year again — time to renew your membership and get ready for another fantastic season at Hoylake Lawn Tennis Club. We’re delighted to have you as part of our club and look forward to welcoming you back on the courts.
Membership Fees
We’ve made a small increase to most packages this year due to rising running and maintenance costs. Our Family Membership package has been expanded to include Mini Hitting Partner to allow our mini members to practice on courts with a parent/guardian.

How to Renew
In the coming days, you will receive an email invitation from ClubSpark to renew your membership. We would be grateful if payment could be made by 1 April 2026.
We continue to offer a monthly Direct Debit option for Single Adult, Joint Adult, and Family memberships, allowing you to spread the cost over 12 equal payments. Please note the terms attached to monthly payments. Late and missed payments create an administrative burden. If a payment is missed or monthly arrangement cancelled, the full annual balance will become due.

Renewing online via ClubSpark updates your membership instantly and significantly reduces administration for our volunteers, so thank you in advance for your support. We kindly ask members to avoid direct bank transfers where possible.
ClubSpark Support
We use ClubSpark for membership renewals and court bookings. While it is generally reliable, occasional technical issues can occur.
For help logging in, please visit How to Log into My Account – LTA/ClubSpark. If you receive an “access denied” message, try disabling any VPN you may be using. If problems persist, Helen is happy to help on 07793 046692.

- Junior Fun Day – Saturday 21 March
We’re hosting a Junior Fun Day for children aged 4–11 who would like to try tennis. Head Coach Craig will be running fun games and activities to inspire the next generation of players. Please spread the word to friends and family. - Start of Season Tournament & Party – Saturday 11 April

[1] Monthly instalments are available for existing members only for Single Adult, Joint Adult, and Family membership categories, subject to an 8% administrative charge. Members paying by monthly direct debit remain liable to Hoylake Tennis Club for the full annual membership fee until settled in full. Payment is structured as 12 consecutive monthly instalments from April to March inclusive. Cancellation of the direct debit arrangement does not release the member from their financial commitment. Any outstanding balance will become immediately due and payable.
[2] Social members are entitled to 4 guest passes per annum at £5 per guest per visit; entry to club social events; and to apply for clubhouse hire.
