Date: Sunday 12th June. To include:
– Men’s American Tournament from 1.30pm. Entry fee £10. All money raised will go towards buying an outdoor clock in John’s memory. If you’ve not already contacted Craig to book a place, do so ASAP as places are filling up fast! Contact Craig by text or phone on 07739 714764. Payment to the HLTC bank account, details below.
– Social tennis from 3.30pm
– Bring your racket and mix in!
– BBQ: Sausage and burger £5. Please bring cash on the day. For catering numbers, please RSVP Di Taylor (email dianataylor5@icloud.com or message on 07519570944). If you can, please also bring a salad or dessert/cake to share.
– Bar will be open
– Families welcome!
– A raffle, again to raise money for the clock fund. If you would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact the committee on mail@hoylaketennisclub.co.uk.
– Bring stories and tales about John for the Memory Book. Photos too!
