Wimbledon 2021
As there is considerable uncertainty at present about how many spectators will be allowed to attend this year’s championship, the LTA have informed us that for 2021 there will be no ballot for tickets. They have stated that they will keep members informed by email of the ticket allocation when it is finalised.
Wimbledon 2022 onwards
We have been informed that the LTA will no longer be distributing Wimbledon tickets to club members via the club ballot system. Instead there will be a National Members Ballot by the LTA (much like the General Public Ballot). Club members who are BTM members will in future be e-mailed direct by the LTA about entering the ballot.
One implication of this will be that members will not be able to choose the day or court if they win tickets in the ballot. They will either accept or reject the tickets they have been allocated and will not be offered alternatives!!
