There are 5 Ladies divisions, each consisting of 8 teams, playing each other home and away. Most clubs are on the Wirral, but Chester and Wrexham also enter teams. Matches are played

The Monday Ladies social group plan an American Tournament at the end of August. As there are so many more ladies interested in competitive matches, we’ve decided to enter

The “lock-down” has prevented the club holding social events, including the quarterly 100 Club draws due in March and June. Instead, the two draws were staged on the club decking last Friday. The fortunate were: March Madeleine Haines & Carol Tinsley June Rob Crawford & Helen Roberts

LTA advice (24/6/2020) is that following the Prime Minister’s statement today (23 June), there will be no immediate changes to the guidelines for tennis and tennis venues. Their explanation follows, together with a recommendation to use the website and not the app to book for the time being ….. HLTC courts will now be open for use by both doubles and singles players, with the following controls in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19: minimal ‘hand to shared surface’ contact; hygiene; cleaning and social distancing.
