Prior to last year, the AGM was usually held in January. Covid has given us a chance to reset the calendar, and in the future it will take place in November, just after the end of the financial year to be reported.
The accounts to the end of August 2021 have been sent out by email to members instead of presenting them at a meeting, as Covid restrictions made it difficult to hold indoor meetings last November.
