Clubspark Difficulties

The Club has received the following apology from the CEO of Clubspark relating to the recent difficulties when logging into the system. The Committee has responded to the invitation to comment, expressing our concerns. We await further information!!!

The past 15 months have been incredibly challenging for us all and we know how hard you’ve all been working recently to open up your courts and coaching programs for your players. We know how critical these past couple of months have been and we didn’t help you by rolling out the login changes when we did, in the way we did. This was well-intentioned and we, and the LTA, hope this will help simplify login and reduce access issues across the LTA Clubspark platform but we didn’t get the timing or the implementation right.We set up Clubspark with the main aim of helping grow tennis clubs and businesses, reducing your costs and attracting more players to your clubs and coaching programs. I am so sorry for the pain this caused many of you and some of your users in the short period it was live.Last week we turned off the LTA migration feature so we could review this again with the LTA. Over the past week, we’ve been capturing your feedback and also carrying out more user testing before we decide on the next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: If you or your members have completed the merge to an LTA log and are still experiencing issues please see this guide to ensure you are logging in correctly, if you still have a clubspark login, this will continue to work as it has been with your email and password.
We want to make sure we get this right and as soon as we’ve completed the review with the LTA, we will let you know the next steps with the LTA login prior to being turned back on. In the meantime, if you have any suggestions we have created this feedback form here. We would like to hear from you.
