On 4th November, the Government announced new national coronavirus restrictions. Tennis activity in England is not permitted between Thursday 5 November and Wednesday 2 December. HLTC will therefore remain closed in this period.
LTA expressed their disappointment with the outcome, and thanked everyone who had written to their MP’s in support of the campaign to keep some outdoor tennis activity going through lockdown. LTA will start campaigning to ensure that as much grassroots tennis activity as possible can resume as soon as possible.
