Social Tennis and Bar Operations from 2nd August

We are about to restart social tennis on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons in a socially responsible manner, continuing to observe government guidelines and adhering to the club risk assessment restrictions.

Social Tennis is open to all members. No booking required, just turn up and mix in with others to make up fours. It’s a great way to meet new friends!

Courts 1 to 5 will be reserved on Sundays from 3pm and on Wednesdays after 6pm. Courts 6, 7 and 8 will remain available to be booked through Clubspark.

The bar will start to operate from Sunday in support of our Social Tennis programme. It will be available on Sundays from 4:30pm and Wednesdays from 6:30pm. It will be staffed by Committee members and members appointed by Sarah Cottam. No-one else should enter the clubhouse except to use the toilet.

The following extract from the risk assessment describes the way in which the bar will operate. Please take a couple of minutes to familiarise yourself with the new way of working…..
